Rent is cheap. But management doesn't afford you certain freedoms, such as buying an extra vehicle or boat. Unless you don't tell them and hope they don't notice, they will give you a lease violation. Seems like they pick and choose when to enforce that rule. With that said, they did try their best to accommodate me and the staff is friendly. Affordable prices. Unfortunately it is time to move on though!

Lived in one of their properties for 4 years. We lived on the ground floor. the lights in the hallway were almost always out. Spiders all over the place was like coming into a dark dungeon. Carpet in the hallways was black from all the years of foot traffic and absolutely no carpet shampooing. They renovated the apartment above us at 8AM on a. Saturday morning. We were given no notice or warning so we were rudely awakened by loud hammering, power tools, etc. Had the welcome mat from our front door stolen. Reported it to management and they didn't even care.
When I asked them could they review the camera footage of the "Security camera" by the entrance to the building I was told "Oh those don't work, they are just for show to deter people from committing crimes."

Did an application and paid app fee for me and my husband she emails me saying she needed something showing previous landlord was paid in full to work with us. Once I got that info she says the apartment was rented when website says apartment would NOT be ready till Aug 1 then sends email saying my app was denied.

Horrible experience, nasty, not maintained at all, horrible service, everything about this place is a NONO they are out to screw you over big time. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is don't fall for their crap rent elsewhere.
