After 2 years of living there, I'll admit there were issues in the first year but once those problems were resolved, it was smooth sailing. Good apartments and improved responsiveness since then- would reccomend.

I actually expected to encounter problems when they purchased our apartment complex from a different company. I have been beyond pleasantly surprised! They have been totally reasonable and easy to deal with since day one. We found out about 12 days before our current lease was up that our flight out of the US was delayed. We have four pets and are in the process of moving overseas. We have very few options.
Rather than trying to force us into a longer lease or changing the terms, they have kindly agreed to permit us to extend our lease for one more month if we need it and to give us until a week before the current lease expires to let them know. The kindness and flexibility they have shown us during a difficult time is extraordinary. I've seen some of the negative reviews here and strongly suspect that Price's practices have changed dramatically for the better since those reviews were written and/or the negative reviews were written by people with unreasonable expectations.

Worst real estate in Virginia. Probably the slowest staff in Virginia. I asked for a maintenance request in SEPTEMBER 2019, and it still NEVER came LMFAO even after they emailed back saying they can do it. I also asked for an email for about a week straight for move out instructions, and insisted we want it sent virtually since we're not there. They kept insisting they'll send it to us until I had to actually call them and tell them to send it to me through an email.
They told me they sent it through mail, even after I said not to. Literally the attention span of a toddler. Highly do not recommend. Also, they will find ways to charge you or enter your house and annoy. Got asked like 4 times (literally a day before) if they could show our unit to people.
