Rental application process

Start your application for your new home today! If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to the Celtic Property Management team today. There is a non-refundable $45 application fee per person due, that can be paid over the phone via debit/credit card through the Square App. After we receive all application forms, necessary documents and application fee payment, we will run all applications through our 3rd party credit, criminal and rental history processor; This process can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.
