Went to a 4:30 appointment with my family. No one was at the office. Called 4 numbers. Talked to someone in a call office not onsite of course. 40 mins later. Nothing. Wasted my time with my wife and daughter. No professional at all. Don't waste your time.

This used to be a locally owned community with owners who cared. Now it is a profit mill. Rates have skyrocketed, and the service is a joke. It should be noted that the people who actually work at the river oaks location are good people. They just receive 0 support, and are treated like cogs in a wheel. My unit is also falling apart with age and lack of maintenance. Look elsewhere.

Jennifer, in the management office, is a dream to work with. She is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Any issue I have with maintenance is handled promptly by her and Justice. Justice has handled any issue I have had with excellent expertise. Both he and Jennifer are great to work with. Other issues that I have with Aion itself regarding utilities, billing and such are not something to be handled in an online review. Open communication about the changes from the old management company to them has not been very good.

They remove the negative reviews and the positive ones are fake. Big red flags i had scheduled to see a unit and there was no one in their office i wasted a trip out there and then they took down the unit from the market.
