Have always loved working with Metro but Chase Donley really hit it out of the park for us! We were only just looking for a cheap student rental but he still took a lot of care in finding us a place and was extremely patient with us even when we had *multiple* rounds of roommates drop out. He was extremely responsive and he worked quickly to get us the best apartment we had viewed in a fast moving market. I swear I have not been paid off to say this haha, I'm just very pleased with the level of service. 11/10 experience!

I reached out to the them looking to rent immediately in June when the majority of Boston leases start in September. I saw the listing for an apartment online that checked all of our boxes in Brookline. We worked with Bill Hunt at Metro Realty and were quickly approved for the apartment. Bill set up an in-person tour within days, and also identified additional properties that met our criteria. He impressed us with his deep knowledge of the property, unit, and neighborhood. Bill was very responsive and delivered prompt, thorough, answers to all of our questions. He helped us through every step of the rental process. I just recently moved to Boston for a job. The move was completely last minute and I was crunched on time to find a place while starting my new job. Definitely stressful! Paul Phillips is who I worked with and he went above and beyond! Within a matter of a week, he helped me find my beautiful apartment in Somerville. He was responsive to all forms of communication: texts, phone calls, and emails.
He even met me on a Sunday (his day off) to go over the move-in and to ensure I had everything I needed for the least stressful move-in. Would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him in the future for any future realty needs.
