It is hard to find good service these days especially when dealing with larger companies in which employees have little financial interest in the success of the company. My husband and I stayed in a townhouse at Eagle Ridge for spring break. We wanted a nice place because we knew we'd be spending a lot of time there due to Covid restrictions. We were very disappointed. The following is a list of issues we encountered. -Mouse droppings under the kitchen sink -Broken cupboard under the kitchen sink -Damp laundry in the dryer -Broken screen patio door -Loose mantle -Loose stair riser -No working landlines (this was particularly concerning because we had no cell service) -Visible rodent trap (this was an issue because we have a dog)
