Linda is originally from Gastonia, NC and has lived in Rock Hill for over 35 years. Linda has been a licensed real estate professional since 1989 and started Property Management in 1997 with Coldwell Banker. In 2004, Linda opened Muse Realty, LLC and grew it from a small company to one of the largest and most reputable property management companies in York County.

Careful screening of applicants including credit, background, rental and eviction history. Full knowledge of and compliance with SC Landlord Tenant Act by licensed property managers. You must submit a copy of each adult applicant's Driver's License for your application to be processed. Please note that co-signers are only accepted for full time college students, once their applications are completed and approved. Application Fee: The application fee is $35 per person (18+). This can be paid as part of the application process.

We're also the perfect partner to refer your clients to when they're looking for a rental home while they're waiting to buy. We also pay referral fees to Realtors for any clients referred to us who sign a contract.
