H & H Properties L.L.C. is a family-owned business, which has led the field in property management in Boise for over 35 years. In 1962, Duane M. Hamilton and his wife Sally began with one rental unit. Today the company, which has passed to a second generation, manages over 400 rental units. In addition to the property management business, the company is also a full-service real estate office. In 1993, they bought another company and merged it into H & H Properties. Craig and Kathy then bought the company from Duane and Sally.
